Enjoy 7 days’ fishing on Lake Victoria and at Murchison Falls. It’s the Nile Perch species that you will be catching here. The Nile Perch is characteristic of erect dorsal fin with spins as thick as knitting needles, broad silver back and rolls of scales the size of chicken eggs. It’s the most exciting mornings’ fishing that you will ever know. Now is your opportunity to come fishing in Uganda and write your own history.
Day one: Arrival- Kampala.
Arrive at the Entebbe International airport where you will be welcomed by your Equatorial Wild safaris guide and transferred by private vehicle to the port for the private launch trip to Kalangala Islands where you will stay for the night.
Lunch, and then spend afternoon fishing on Lake Victoria.

Day Two: Kalangala Island
Full day fishing with picnic lunch, dinner and overnight at the Island Club.
Day Three: Kampala - Murchison Falls.
Morning drive to Murchison falls. In the late afternoon we will descend to the base of Murchison falls themselves and fish the evening for three hours.

Day Four: Murchison Falls:
After the morning breakfast, you will fish the river Nile by boat below the world renowned Murchison falls for the Nile perch and other species several of which can be taken on a fly including the Awaka a small tiger and the Ungara. The boat trip is also excellent for game viewing as you will be fishing in one of the best game areas on the Nile which can prove very exciting at times.

Day Five: Murchison Falls.
Fish the big pools below the falls with lures, live bait and flies for the large perch. Again there are other species that can provide excellent sport.
Lunch; spend the day on these magnificent pools.

Day Six: Murchison - Entebbe.
Breakfast, drive to the top of the falls and later proceed to Kampala. There will be a choice of excursions available on arriving, including a tour of the city, a visit to Jinja to see the source of the Nile (where water rafting is available for the adventurous).

Day Seven: Departure
After breakfast, depending on your departure time, your Equatorial Wild Safaris guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Entebbe International Airport to arrive just in time for your scheduled flight.
Rates will include:
Fishing permits, fishing equipment, airport transfers, itinerary meals and accommodation, transportation, water, coffee or tea while on safari, park entrance fees, services of an English speaking driver/guide, boat trips, game drives, other itinerary activities and any government taxies/levies.
Rates will exclude:
Air fare, Bar Bills, Phone calls, Personal insurance, Laundry and other services of personal nature and driver’s/guide’s tips.
